I have 22 logistics badges and all of the other badges needed and still have not received the follow-up needed to get a Mark of Remulos from Logistics XI. I know it's supposed to be random but no one else seems to have gone that long without having that quest drop. The main issue I have is I've had plenty of follow-ups that would not open, even after relogging/waiting for the server reset, so it's making me think it may be more than just an RNG not being kind issue. Has anyone else on Primal gone a really long time without having that Logistics quest drop?
Any help will be apprecited.
